About me

I'm Lorena Piacente, a Full Stack developer building web solutions with AI integration, working with React, Python and Django.

After years designing spaces as an architect, I now write code — and the logic isn't all that different: understand a real need and build the clearest, most pleasant solution for the people who will use it.

I hold a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, am currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science, and volunteer as the developer of the Integrar Project, a community education initiative that supports students from underserved and Afro-Brazilian quilombola communities at public universities. Now I'm looking for a team where I can contribute and grow together.

    Implementing the academic management module, focused on class and course management, along with the continuous evolution and delivery of the features built in earlier stages. Improved the student module, expanding management features and integration between the system's modules. Working on the development and CI/CD workflow, using GitHub, pull requests and Vercel to automate integration and release of new versions.
